From the presentation, to her telling me her success stories with laser, I knew I’d be in good hands. My first treatment was 2 weeks later and my technician was Sandy. I did my research prior to and saw so many great things about her. And I can say it’s all true! She explained things in great detail, gave me tips and tricks for my next visit, and even did a good job of keeping me distracted while she did the lasering. I have been getting serviced at the Decatur location for nearly two years now and while all of the nurse providers have been professional and kind…none of them compare to the experience I had with nurse Sandy today. She was sooo thorough, sooo knowledgeable, soooo caring, sooo gentle and sooo kind. Upon her request, I gave her feedback from my last laser session and she immediately made a recommendation for how to make today’s session better, Patiently explained all of the steps, followed through on that. Morgan and JaQandice was very helpful in explaining the whole process. Both was extremely knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful in convincing myself that this would be a painless process.I have to say It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be, however it was like a pinch.
