If you're looking for someone that's very experienced, professional and provides exceptional customer service...you need to visit Mrs.Toni! I referred by my mom but she is such a sweet person and I love that fact that when I book my appointment with her ...that I can come right in and sit in the chair. She MAKES sure that her clients are very well taken care of. I leave her chair feeling so beautiful! This was the best decision I made for myself. I have sister lots.
