Very nice lady, came on a Saturday had mascara on…we attempted to clean as best we could. the layers of lashes were not how they were supposed to be for the hybrid set. Booked for Hybrid Cat Eye Look. did go to another tech for a fill in the following Monday.. tech stated that lashes weren’t applied on my bottom row of lashes which is why they shedded they looked as if I had them for a while.. not completely satisfied with the day after look for the price I paid for hybrid. $150 almost $200 then went to get a fill the following Monday
Book with Lani Lash!! Cici was so sweet and professional! Her work was on point and the salon is absolutely gorgeous! I’ve gotten her full lash set as well as her strip lashes and they are very full and lightweight!
Great customer service! 1st off this is my 1st time wearing lash extensions I use to wear individuals. I will forever wear lash extensions I won't be going back to individuals at all. What I love about my lash tech is that she is a perfectionist. She won't let you leave with a messy job....she's always on time, great atmosphere and EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I get so many compliments on my lashes! I absolutely love my lashes and lash tech! If you are looking for great customer service and quality service book with Lani Lash you won't be disappointed.
