“Our roof had an area with several issues last October and Luis came out and promptly diagnosed the issues. He was very professional and informative, explaining each area of concern and taking pictures along the way.When it came time for repairs, I thought Modern Roofing & Restoration's pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work that was done.Recently, with the larger storms, we had a small leak pop back up. Luis came out immediately to see what was going on. He performed a water test, free of charge (since we already had work done near the area), to find the issue. We spent over an hour watering the area to the find the leak. Long story short, a few older shingles a couple feet from the roof valley needed some caulking! Luis only charged us for caulk repairs and I could not be more satisfied with his service. “I hired ***** the Roofman, from Palace Roofing Restoration and Gutters to replace my old roof for the following reasons.After he presented his proposal, he took me outside to his truck and showed me the materials, and explained the processes he would use to replace my roof. He then walked me around my home showing me the areas that had rotten wood where water had leaked from my old roof. He explained what he would do to correctly prevent those problems from occurring with his new roof installation.***** showed me the latest manufacturers specifications and materials for new roof installations. He cut out the technical jargon in favor of language that even the non-technical person can understand. Despite my gripes about the problems he found, his attitude remained friendly and empathetic. He told me that he would treat my roof repair as he would his home.Throughout the roof replacement process, ***** supplied photographs of how the roof repair was progressing. He also, showed me how old and ineffective gutters led to my garage roof rotting. His excellent customer service, knowledge of ********************** installation, and understanding of the most current materials and how manufacturers wanted them installed, sold me that his company was my best option to repair my roof. I highly recommend Palace Roofing Restoration and Gutters to anyone requiring excellent roof and gutter repair or replacement services.“
