From start to finish Charles was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I was able to schedule the appointment the next day when my A/C stopped working. The technician arrived around the time expected and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. The issue was straightforward and started back up immediately after he replaced the fuse on the blower board. He also checked my filter to advise me that it didn't need changing. Based on this experience, I will definitely be using them again for future problems.
We had a 5 star experience with Empire and would recommend them for any HVAC needs.
They installed a new system for us after our 34 year old A/C died in the heat of Summer. Of course they were knowledgeable and competent, but more than that, they made the whole experience very pleasant. A shout-out to Tori, Terence, Chris, Patrick and Josh, and Pat.

My mom was having congestion problems, so after another company recommended replacing her HVAC, I called Empire for an inspection of the HVAC system, ducts, and humidity in the crawlspace.
The tech, Charles, identified the problem (the ducts need cleaning) and offered an assessment that will maximize the remaining life of her unit and help anticipate what to look out for in the future.
I was impressed with his knowledge, analysis, and objectivity, so I inquired and learned that he had 42 years of experience and happened to know the neighborhood growing up.
