Last week was the first time I asked for help from the VA. They said see the DAV in a week. As of May 2024, you go in through "TSA" and use a phone to call the DAV desk. It either goes through to the person there or it doesn't. Keep trying until you get through. They'll help you do what's next.Basically there's a waiting area right there by the phone and DAV people come help those folks. At some point, they let the "TSA" folks know that's it for the day.My crazy doesn't allow phone calls, so this is what I did & what works for me. 3 days now and nobody has bothered to answer the phone. Ya'll must be so busy.... texting on your phones all day.Do your job and answer your business phone or find a different job.

This Lady name Mrs.Willams is very rude and needs to be fired immediately, you serve your country and put your life on the line at least you could have someone helpful and considerate to assist you… I have never ever been hung up on at a DAV off unbelievable
