Excellent professional service! I am pretty handy and Carl did a great job of helping me fix a broken door knob. Not only did they have the parts but gave me useful instructions on how to assemble it correctly —so it would stay in place. Thank you Carl and Decatur Lock and Key!!!.Service: Repair hardware

Great, very professional and fast service! The locksmith was very clear and good about explaining what he could/could not do to fulfill my request, and he seemed happy to answer my questions. He was very thorough, including oiling each lock and testing them multiple times.

Once again I had a great experience shopping locally in Decatur. Needed a door lock rekeyed and another lock reoriented so its key goes in right side up. At first I thought with a shudder I'd have to go to Home Depot but then I remembered Decatur Lock and Key (on Ponce across from Taqueria del Sol). Open till five I got over there at twenty of and young man behind the counter took care of this while I waited, both for fifteen dollars! They've been in business since the 1920's. Give them your support to keep them around another century.

Currently we only offer mobile service. Our 3 locksmiths, with a combined 101+ years experience can handle almost any lock need that arises. Our lobby is closed due to lack of employees. Unfortunately, we have no shop locksmith so we have no one in the shop to cut keys or rekey locks. Please call if we can help, 404-373-4483. Our phones are open Monday-Friday 9:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
