Jain is Amazing ? she helped us get a bracelet appraised with a quick turn around time to meet our needs. Jain went above and beyond her expectations with excellent customer service and professionalism. She was not a pushy salesperson just trying to make a sale you can tell she is a genuine person who listens and wants to help. We purchased a beautiful necklace for a great deal. Thanks Jain we will continue to do business even though we travel 5 hrs from out of town. ???
