From the first visit to today’s first introductory class I have felt welcome by the manager and staff. The workout is no joke ? but I will go back and true change requires dedication.
Pilates classes on the reformer is a life changer! Full body workout & stretch & feeling great the next day- highly recommend! I’ve taken individual classes, but the value at a group class through Club Pilates is unbeatable.
I went for the free class today and MY GOODNESS. I'm considering becoming a member because I felt things I've never felt before ?. Gigi was great! She took her time explaining the movements and instructing. If you're looking for something different to move your body, this is it.
