CenterWell Home Health - Decatur provides exceptional care to its clients, with nurses like Nirmela who are highly professional, prompt, and skilled. They possess a genuine concern for their clients' overall well-being, as evident in Nirmela's excellent service. Other nurses, like Linda, also provide great care, but some therapy sessions may not always go as planned.
I had the pleasure of working with Kari, Jeremy, Lindsay, and Carla. They were all awesome and took the time to speak with the family and give ways to help with my mom's recovery. The social worker Alexis did nothing she said she world do. The one resources I was given for medications I never received a call back. She had a resources I was excited about and it would give me income as a family caregiver since my mom doesn't have Medicaid. I never got anything even after 2 requests. No communications unless you reach out after no hearing anything from her. ased on the above mentioned names 5 stars ⭐ given but for Alexis the social worker 1 🌟
It was nice to have Center Well Home Health Care come to the house to check on my husband after he was discharged from the hospital. The nurses and physical therapist were pleasant and professional and we appreciated their help.
