I recently had the pleasure of working with American Energy Heating & Air at my house in Decatur GA. The service I received was top-notch. I had an issue with an ignitor where that was causing the furnace to light sporadically, leaving us with long spans where we had no heat in the house.From the moment I called, their customer service was excellent. They were polite, attentive, and eager to help. I have hired American Energy several times: In emergency situations, repairs, freon recharge, trouble shooting the hubby's repair ?, and a complete replacement of the duct work in my crawl space.
