Southland Custom Homes in Dawsonville GA is top notch!!! From our first experiences working with Jodi in the office on plans, sketches, etc., to working with our GC Michael in the field we had nothing but positive experiences.

Jodi took so much time going back and forth with us combing through every item and making sure we were happy with each detail of our house. You can tell she has been doing this for a long time and was a huge blessing to my family.

Michael our GC was very meticulous working through each step and was always responsive and patient to our requests and many questions. He made us feel like we had him in our corner the whole way through!

Our Custom Southland Home won't be finished till the first of the year. I didn't want to wait that long to acknowledge Jodi. She was outstanding in her knowledge and patience with my wife and I as we fumble through our first custom home build. She is an asset to Southland Custom Homes.
