Horrible ‼️ There is absolutely no way this salon is winning best of Dawsonville every year unless they are all voting for themselves. It was the worst experience ever. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for acrylic nails on my toes for an upcoming trip. I arrived 15 minutes early and Hannah proceeded to do my toenails and that's where the problems began. I've been wearing acrylics on my toes for about 20 years. She proceeded to tell me it wouldn't look good. I insisted that is what I wanted. She shook her head yes like she was going to do it but she didn't. She said many things I didn't understand and told her several times I didn't understand what she was saying. She held up a bottle of oil and asked if I wanted it on my legs so I shook my head yes. Then she asked if I wanted my legs massaged... and two other services that I honestly just did not know what she said so I shook my head no. Then she proceeded to paint my toenails. I reminded her I wanted acrylic nails. She shook her head no. My friend said to her she wants acrylic on the toenails just like we told you when we made the appointment and just like she's told you several times now. She told me it would look bad and then she told me it would be $10 per toe....that is $100 plus the manicure.This was really confusing because when I made the appointment I walked in to do so with my friend and I told the lady I wanted acrylics and she quoted me a price of $66. Long story short, all she did was paint my nails and then tried to continuously upsell me on services I did not want. I was so angry when I left there. It was a complete waste of my time and money. I won't be back. Ever. The sad thing about it is not only did I not get the acrylics for my beach trip but she didn't even do a good job of clipping or painting them. I literally have to make an appointment somewhere else to get my nails done before my vacation now. Honestly, a 10-year-old child could have done a better job. Again, there is no way the salon won best of anything. I also feel like they are sketchy about accepting cash only. It is not written anywhere on for their Facebook page and I wouldn't have even known about it if I didn't read the reviews. While we were there, a very pregnant woman was shocked that they didn't take her debit card and they made her call someone to bring her cash. I honestly don't see how they are still in business. I'm absolutely disgusted.
