First time taking my schnauzer here a few days ago and when I picked him up, he looked so good and smelled amazing. Arlo was a little nervous at first, but was so happy to see that he was in great hands when I picked him up. He still smells amazing!

They are so wonderful! I love the flexibility of a time frame to drop off doggies and they are never there too long, which i love! My dogs get excited about going to the groomer, so that says a lot! Michelle knows how to groom Westies and it shows! From the front office at the beginning to the end, its a wonderful experience!

No complaints. Friendly staff that listened to my concerns. Pup was happy when we came to get her and she wasn't overly stressed for her first groom. Pup was checked over and no apparent cuts or injuries. 4 dogs were being groomed at the same time by seperate groomers and not one dog was jumpy or whiny, they all seemed to enjoy the experience or at least tolerated it well. We scheduled another appt for 8 weeks out and look forward being regulars here.
