Later that night Ken reached out to my husband and said he would love to help out. He helped up first get the couch dry again with his fans and then later took time out of his busy schedule to make sure my couch was cleaned and not dirty anymore. He did an exceptional job on the cleaning. I have never met someone in business with such a kind soul and who actually wanted to benefit us. It was never about the money with him and his only goal was to make us happy and help us in a time of need.
