Booked online and never received a confirmation so went in early to double check. Lucky I did so as they didn't receive my booking request. They were able to fit me in immediately though. Ordered the pedissage pedicure with gel. Very disappointing. No massage given and very little heal scrub (even though these wee main points in description). My heals were still very rough when I went home. The woman hurt me when doing my cuticles and the gel polish was poorly done where she didn't get it all the way done to the base. Looked like a month old pedi within a week. Staff was friendly but no water or anything offered like at some many other salons. Over priced as well, $18 for gel versus $10 at my 2 regular places where the service and quality is much better. Would not recommend.

I spent 2 and a half hours here, asked for gel pink and white sparkles and they did a terrible job. I asked them to fix and do them all the pink color with sparkles, and the girl did them the same way again. I asked for my money back, I have a wedding this weekend and no time to come back and get them fixed. They said they would give me 10% off next time, then offered 20% natter k told them I want a refund. She then told me she doesn't care about a bad review.

Beautiful facility and wonderfully experienced employees. I was with a friend though, and we were chatting. The lady made sure the length on the first nail was correct, which was great, but every nail after that got longer and longer. I had to come back the next day to get them trimmed. Not a big deal, but it was inconvenient.
