Just sit in her chair, give her some direction on what you like, then let her work her magic. Connie has decades of experience and knowledge. Make sure to consult her on having your hair colored too. I did and will be setting up an appointment soon to have her 'take away my grays'. She is very experienced in color. She could tell me, based off the amount of gray in my hair, what a shade of color will do. She also knows what color does or doesn't do differently for you if you let her know about Thyroid issues, etc. Make an appointment with Connie. Don't drive into Albany for a so-so haircut.
