I called and got a hold of Johnny at 11am. He said he could take care of my 2000 Dodge Caravan THAT DAY. He gave a courtesy "I'll be there in 15 min" and showed up in that 15 min. In total, he took care of my vehicle within 2 hours of the initial phone call and gave me $100 cash on the spot. I will definitely call them again if I need a towing service!
