Traveling through today and saw the barber pole spinning. I was in dire need of a haircut, so I turned around and went back. Boy! I'm glad I did. Not only did I get a great haircut, but I had a delightful time chatting with the two ladies there.

The lady who cut my hair was Amy (I believe). She was very fast and very good. My mom use to own a barbershop, so I know a good haircut when I get one.

I had to take this picture of a custom chair for kids. Too cool!

All in all a great experience.

Amy was great! I loved our chat that we had while she was cuttin my hair. I told her what I wanted, she perfectly replicated it. Totally on-point. Didn't have to wait more than 5-6 minutes and the haircut itself was really reasonably priced. If I'm ever back in Darien, I plan to come back here to catch up and grab a fresh cut.Overall, totally worth it, great experience, good convo, good prices, great atmosphere. If you like an oldschool barber, she's the one in this town!
