I have tried to write a review for Dr. Williams and his staff multiple times. However, I always quit because I get so emotional. Dr. Williams has literally changed the quality of my life. He performed a breast reduction and lift. I have had back pain every day for years and the first day home from surgery, I could tell an immediate difference. It was instant relief. Many doctors could have performed this surgery however, I am positive none would be as good as Dr. Williams. I came into this procedure with no concern about how my breast would look. I wanted to this surgery for years . Approaching 40 I finally was able to do just that . Over the years I have been to several other facilities in Chattanooga for consultations. This office is definitely "set apart" . Never shaming me for what I was wanting and the look I was going for.... I didn't feel like I was just a number to them . I saw negative reviews about having to wait ... Quality is worth the wait these days and you het just as much time and attentionas pts before you... it's worth the wait . My experience at Williams Plastic Surgery was excellent! The front office staff were very attentive and personal! The billing department was very thorough and explained my benefits to me prior to surgery. Dr. Williams did a fantastic job on my eyes! I had no complications, recovery was easy , and my eyes look great! Allison took great care of me post op! She was so sweet, caring, and encouraging! The surgery team was also great with making me comfortable prior to surgery and post surgery! I so appreciate the level of care I received at this office and would highly recommend them to anyone!
