Dishonest and yelled insults at me and my wife when we were walking to our car. I met them at this facility and the guy kept interrupting me and made several contradictory statements. I realized he was dishonest so I left. As I was leaving , I mentioned to someone else that he was dishonest(after I left the building while walking to me car) and he came out and yelled "Get the hell off my property" and then insulted me and my wife with a very inappropriate statement. I wouldn't use this guy to build a dog house if I wanted it done correctly and honestly.

Awful is the only word to put. We just bought this home maybe three months we have lived here and our HVAC was installed by this company from the previous owners it’s brand new you know. Well now that it’s summer and it’s hot we didn’t expect to have burnt out of 4 thermostat systems in the matter of a week they came out we paid 100$ for caulk behind our thermostat well that didn’t work two more thermostats ruined called the guy lost connection during our call and he hasn’t called me back and that was a yesterday call. So done with this place don’t waste your time oh and if you get a warranty on your hvac here the don’t cover thermostats just FYI. Going to use a different company that knows what they are doing.Service: HVAC system repair

I had two nest thermostats that were never rewired to match my new units. I was under the assumption that the staff would be knowledgeable enough to support an installation of smart thermostats but was mistaken. The controllers were damaged due to the fact they were not wired correctly. So now that i am out $500 for two nest thermostats because of this i could not let others customers possibly make the same mistake. Please if you do choose total comfort as your HVAC installer or repair please disclose to them that you do have smart thermostats before any work is completed. I spoke to the staff about this and they did not offer to make this right. Other than this issue...read full review
