Great friendly flooring store very knowledgeable folks it's definitely worth checking before going with some of these big name companies Brian long the owner was one heck of a guy and the staff is very helpful

We made a change to our cabinet layout which left us needing a small amount of wood flooring. Discovered the flooring we had installed is no longer made but Longs had a couple of boxes available. I really didn't want to pay shipping and I work during the week and Longs isn't open on the weekend. Enter Kathy to save the day, she offered to meet us and deliver the flooring. We took a day trip to Chattanooga and she brought us the flooring. We got the flooring we needed and spent an enjoyable day in Chattanooga.

Let me just say Brian Long is a stand-up guy. I had a problem with a multi-role order that was damaged by an independent freight carrier during the shipping process. The shipping company was liable but did not assume responsibility for the damages they caused. Brian replaced w/ upgrade cpt. Thank you Brian Long for being such an honorable businessman!
