“had hail damage in late March; crew installed our roof June 16th; overall process was probably a C-, but that's because I give Northwest Roofing and A+!!insurance company was fine, but dealing with storm chasers and roofers that only want the claim # and for the $$ to be signed over, or quoting ridiculous prices was extremely frustratingafter talking to 6 companies, I finally got Ben's # from our neighbor; and I'm glad we did; Ben was straight forward and honest, as in he gave me the correct answer to my ??'s; I know way more about shingles, roofing, and insurance than I should, LoL; Ben went out of his way to get us the Impact Resistant shingles we wanted, even took calls while he was on vacation!I hope we NEVER have hail damage again, but if we do, I'm calling Ben and Northwest Roofing!!
