I had contacted Pipe Dreamz for a second opinion on a sewer line obstruction. Todd arrived the next day at 10 am and immediately went to work. Todd was incredibly kind and down to earth and attempted to clear the line (with the caveat of no charge of it didn't work). Within 30 minutes he had performed the same work another company did in 4+ hours (and billed the life out of me to do so). While neither company was successful at the time, Todd was completely honest and did not bill me for his time. As a home owner for over 50 years and dealing with dozens of contractors and service companys I can honestly say that working with Todd at Pipe Dreamz was the easiest and best experience I’ve ever had. Todd answered every question I had in a thorough, positive and courteous manner. His communication was virtually instantaneous (usually within minutes) and clear. He showed up on time, answered all my job site questions and completed the work sooner than I anticipated. Now the great news, Pipe Dreamz cost was 50% or more less than other bids I received.
