I was sick with Bronchitis. I was taken very good care of to get me the shot and medicine I needed. I was so happy I didn’t have to go to my pharmacy to get my medicine. I got it at Piedmont care with a very reasonable price. I love using this immediate care. Thanks for taking great care of me.

Andy has seen both my kids and his confidence reassures me and my mom anxiety. Front desk could use some training in bedside manner though. During my visit, the woman who checked me in wasn’t rude per se but she wasn’t warm at all. Maybe she was having a bad day? She was giving me incomplete instructions without the full context of things…

Was able to schedule an appointment in line, and filled out the necessary paperwork as well. Walked right in the next day to a room full of people, paid my copay, and they called me back within 1 minute of me sitting down. Saw the PA/NP, diagnosed me, gave me my meds on the spot, and I was out the door. 20 minutes from walk-in to walk out!!! Fast, efficient, and everyone is so very kind. GREAT EXPERIENCE!
