Wonderful Dr. I was having so much pain with my lower back and about let a Dr burn the nerves in my back! Which would have to be done over and over , I was told it would be painful as they doing it, it would burn! But I needed relief! My daughter said why don't you try Dr Penney , bf you do that ! My first treatment he releaved the pain without hurting me ! Now, I am a firm believer!

Both my husband and I have gone to Dr Penney over the past few years. He has helped us both with issues with back, neck and shoulder pain. He has done a great job in providing excellent care and treatment of our problems. I highly recommend his practice, he is both professional and affordable and he offers very flexible office hours.

Had a c section a couple months ago and had horrific back pain. Within a couple visits I started feeling SO much better and I don’t even need to take pain medicine. I really recommend Penney!
