Kevin was here in the time frame he told us. He and his crew were respectful and polite. We needed some fixes on our deck and gate. The crew (Brent and helper) were here bright and early the next morning. Jobs were done well and efficiently. Very professional.

I had a great experience with Penny Construction. Kevin Penny was very knowledgeable about my roofing issue and was quick to respond to my request. His employee's even came out on a Saturday. After fixing my issue, his team also inspected other vents and exhaust pipes on the roof and found a vent boot that was showing signs of dry rot. It wasn't a problem now but would be in the future. The issue was clearly explained to me and was also illustrated with numerous photos of the damage.
