Darrin Story was our project manger from Paul Davis Restoration. From my perspective as a General Manager in the hospitality industry I would hire him again in a heartbeat! Upmost professionalism, he has mastered the knowledge of his field and anticipated our every need. He offered advice on questions I asked and never made me feel rushed or that he was inconvenienced by my rambling. Cutting to the point, he has been a breath of fresh air in what has unfortunately become the new world we live in. Above and beyond! I cannot speak highly enough about the attentiveness, dedication, and overall professionalism we experienced with Darrin as our project manager through Paul Davis. Every question was received and we were given a prompt and well explained answer. When our project felt overwhelming he gave my heart peace with his guidance as our PM for our home. He assigned the perfect people to our home to restore what had been ruined from a substantial water leak. He clearly understood our needs and desires as homeowners.
