We had been trying to fix our drains all day on a Sunday. Finally we decided to call a plumber. The emergency fee was a bit high BUT it applied to whatever work we'd ask them to do. They told us they'd have someone out within two hours (we called at 8:35 pm). Before 10pm, we had a friendly, efficient and diligent plumber helping us figure it out. By 11:30 pm, we knew what the issue was and had a recommendation for a fellow company that could solve our problem (it was outside of their scope of work, but they verified exactly what was wrong and gave us the documentation to give our rental company). I had an issue that required a toilet needing to be replaced at my Mom’s house. Atlantis Plumbing came to my aid with punctual and professional service. My mother raved about how well mannered and courteous the plumber was towards her. He even offered to help carry her groceries in that were delivered while he was there. To me that’s above and beyond service. He also did an outstanding job replacing the toilet. Atlantis Plumbing has made a customer for life and a completely satisfied customer as well. Thank you!

Hiring Atlantis plumbing was the best decision I ever made. John came out and he was absolutely wonderful. He was courteous, highly skilled and very professional. He replaced a toilet and did a wonderful job. If you need a plumber please call Atlantis plumbing you will be so happy that you did.
