“I took my dads comforter there to be dry cleaned ... my dog peed on it for whatever reason.. I picked it up and didn’t open it right away but when I finally did the smell was horrible and the Pee stain was still there. They charged me 35 dollars and never cleaned it.. it’s now sat on the comforter for a month and a half so I doubt the small will ever come out. I plan on going in tomorrow to see what they plan to do about it.. they took the time to take it out of the bag I had it in and put it in a new nice zip bag... but didn’t wash it... totally unacceptable.
