Tobias came out on short notice to clean out a dryer vent duct that some birds had inhabited. There was an awful smell in my house. He took care of everything and no more odor! Great professional service, and communication.

Tobias came and cleaned our vents today, and within that found addressed a few other issues with our system. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and thoroughly explained the nuances of the services. We will be sure to call him in the future for our heating and air needs. I'm about to replace my dryer and knew that the vent was never cleaned, and I thought it was high time for a cleaning. 19 years of built-up dirt and lint were probably lurking in the vents and pipes. I called Quality Air Care only yesterday, and Tobias came out today to do a thorough cleaning. He arrived on time and is such a nice person. I plan on using his service for a whole house vent cleaning.
