Fantastic experience! Our heat wasn’t working, and Mandi was able to get a technician out to our house later that same day. Jason was our technician, and even though it was late in the day, he was kind, patient, and thorough in making sure we were up and running again. 10/10 would and will recommend!

Hero is wonderful to work with. Very honest and communication is above and beyond. They never pressure you into anything if you need a solution. They take their time with addressing any issues. I have dealt with numerous other companies regarding my issues and none of them have taken their time and consideration like Hero has. Would highly recommend!

I had been told I needed a new furnace and a/c system. Kevin found that I only had a leak in the line, which is easily repairable. He is very knowledgeable, honest and friendly. And prompt. He was there when I was told he would be.
