These guys have done many jobs for me in the past as I manage several different properties. They are always more than fair on price and always quick to get someone out to address my issues

I was happy with the results of DNM. Full disclosure- they were a company I used through my home warranty program. I was not provided a choice for my contractor. I also only had to pay the trade fee (although I believe the trade fee was more than the actual cost of repairs). The first scheduled appointment had to be rescheduled. They were supposed to arrive between 4-6pm. I received a call from the front office at 3:30pm that the tech had not left the other job yet because he was finishing up a big job. She would call me when he left the phone there job and was on the way to my house. 5:30pm, no word and I called them back. Front office lady quickly answered the phone, was apologetic and said she would see what was going on with the tech. Got a call back 10 minutes later stating we may need to reschedule because the job he was at was pretty big and was not going to finish until after 6pm. Rescheduled for 2 days later for 8a-10a window. Tech showed up at 8:50am (no call prior to arrival). Completed the job in less than 30 min and was off. He did a good job, as I have not had any problems since. I understand big jobs happen without being able to see them coming, it still no that I blocked that time out of my day just to reschedule, but these things happen. 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe the actual cost was less than the trade fee, and (by contract) are supposed to pay the lesser of the two.
