I called to ask about opening a safe. He gave me instructions on how to open it (multi-step process) and told me to call the manufacturer to retrieve the combination. I didn't pay a cent. All of this was done over the phone. Thanks for your help!

I've never had to call a Locksmith before. I called several locksmiths. After describing my predicament, Danny's was the only one to give me estimate/quote. The smith arrived on time and didn't try to up sale me. He just got to work. I hope I won't ever need you again, but if I do, I'll call you!
