Had my first appointment today after not being back for a very long time and I must say it is still just as wonderful as I remember it . The whole staff was very friendly patient and helpful. Thanks you all for giving me such a wonderful experience.

I was looking for a new place to go other than Target optical. This location accepts my insurance so I thought I would give it a try. Dr. Dwight Boyd did the exam. I feel pretty good about where I ended. He took the time to tweak my prescription from the initial visit when I came back for the follow up. I've never had a second (follow up) for my eye care. Surprise and impressed that he would invest this much time. My follow up is when he dialated the eyes and double checked how I was feeling about the new sample lenses. After this visit I placed the order and within a week the lenses were ready. I was leaving for vacation so they gave me an extra sample pair just in case. Thank you Dr. Boyd

I’ve been going to this place for years! I love it and they always do an excellent job when scheduling and updating you. I appreciate them. But I just want to say for any of the people looking at the one star reviews pay no attention. It’s not even Eye Q’s fault for their problems that they have run into in.
