I met Jeff and Kyle when that large storm came through Forsyth County in Aug. 2023, where fortunately, we incurred only minor roof damage. I knew the Tenth Roof had done a bunch of work in our neighborhood, so I called them. They quickly came out and addressed our issues. Fast forward to Hurricane Helene. I thought I'd give Kyle and Jeff a ring a couple days before the storm hit and maybe get into their "queue", so to speak, in the event that our area had damage. Well, as "luck" would have it, we developed a leak during the heavy rain in advanced of Helene, so I called Jeff back the next day and he came over immediately and fixed the issue in the rain. Took him what seemed about 15 seconds to find the problem. It brings alot of comfort knowing that I can rely on Jeff and Kyle when the roof becomes an issue. They are very personable, knowledgeable and I trust them, their work and feel that we are already building a relationship. Again, that brings alot of peace of mind since we typically do not call the roofer just to say hello, it's often a needed repair that has to be done quickly to mitigate further damage. Finding and relying on good folks that you trust is half the battle. Thanks Kyle and Jeff!
We had few shingles flew due to winds and storm and 10th roof gave us a quick fix and replaced those and very fast in responding and gave a reasonable price.
