I had unexpected water leak incident in one of bathroom. Robert was extremely thorough with checking moisture levels and making sure no area was left unchecked. Like below bathtub etc. He checked if previous steps were completed and proactively did them for me like spraying microbial solution through ceiling and floors. He was patient with all my questions and clarified everything. Overall very pleased with their mitigation work.
