Had an appointment on Wednesday and things were good & smooth no issues.Was also out in 35 mins from the appointment time; really appreciated and also advertised about the place to couple of friends & was given an antibiotic.Next Monday had an appointment at 9:00 AM. This time wait was more, but the Doctor was really good and checked thoroughly and had a good discussion and he gave proper suggestions.At 10:10 AM while I was going out, I double confirmed with doctor and Nurse if prescription was sent to my Pharmacy. It was a pain relief prescription; so wanted to be sure.At 2:00 PM called my Pharmacy and they said they did not receive anything yet. Immediately... read full review
I have been seeing Dr. Dhaval Shah for over 3 years now, and I am very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge, and compassion. He is an excellent primary care physician who listens to my concerns, explains my conditions and treatments clearly, and follows up with me regularly. He also has expertise in sleep medicine and helped me improve sleep quality and with post kidney transplant care. He treats me like family and always makes me feel comfortable and cared for. His staff is also very friendly, courteous, and efficient. The clinic is very clean, modern, and well-equipped. Dr. Heather Harris, my nurse practitioner, is very caring, understanding, and knowledgeable. She’s always amazing. I’m always happy to visit her, even if it’s for a checkup or any other health issues. She’s always been wonderful
