My daughter’s car needed a new engine. Neighborhood Automotive, and David in particular, were recommended to us. From our first interaction, David was extremely helpful, honest and exceeded our expectations in every way. Being able to see a detailed quote and chat with David through their online portal was very convenient. They even coordinated replacing her cracked windshield so we didn’t have to go anywhere else (and matched the quote we received elsewhere). The level of customer service is unmatched and we will definitely be back.
The employees at this shop are awesome. They are honest and genuinely concerned about you and your vehicle. They are all friendly but David and the others will go above and beyond to get you taken care of.
