Working with Tara (my nutritionist) was a tremendous help at move+breathe. I thought I knew all there was to know about nutrition, but I learned SO much more. I learned what foods to eat when and with what, how to feed my body in order to have energy throughout the day, and how to eat in a way that would allow me to achieve the optimal health, for which I was striving. I feel so much more empowered and am so thankful I committed to the 3 months of nutrition coaching. I received so many resources and was freed of my sugar cravings. This place is beyond amazing. The owners John and Lauren are the absolute best at what they do. Pat is an amazing trainer as well. The trainers are attentive, caring, friendly and totally knowledgable in their craft. With my injuries sustained in the military, they take great care and take safety into account. I have only had two workouts and I am hooked.
Move Breathe has been my home for yoga and now strength workouts. Move Breathe has the best yoga teachers and trainers who really care about you living your life to the fullest. I love how Move Breathe owners and staff make it a place where you can come in and focus on your workout or yoga and get away from the stress of life. Its a safe supportive environment where you can feel at home to take care of yourself and be the best version of yourself. Drama free gym with effective workouts along with the calming of yoga perfect combo !! The trainers are able to support any level and provide modifications as needed. Its my happy place !!!
