Tony was fab ; quickly fixed the issue on a non working heater unit with the weather outside at 19 ! — and gave me clear plan on how to prevent it from happening again — saved me hundreds of dollars — highly recommend both Tony and Kennon!
This is my second visit from Kennon to service my unit. The techs have been on time, the are considerate of my house to wear booties, they are courteous and knowledgeable of the issues I have had. Their prices in my opinion have been very reasonable.
