This broker and my agent (Jennifer West) have managed the purchase of my new home as well as the sale of the previous residence. They are top-notch! The agent has gone out of her way to do anything that I have needed. It is a reflection of a culture that puts the buyer and seller first. When they represent you. Be confident that they have your best interest at heart. I was hesitant to hire a real estate agent due to commissions and fees. I have worked with real estate agents for 35 years and Ive got to say that Nick Ulatowski with the John Cook team is a hard working, reliable, honest and personable young man! I would highly recommend him whether buying or selling! So glad WE did!!! Thanks Nick for all your hard work!!!

John has some of the best customer service and options around, He has the top notch in selections, team is amazing and attentive. I never had to wait for a response and got everything I needed in minimal time and effort on my part. Above and beyond! HIGHLY Recommended!!!
