We can’t say enough good things about Bradley. He came to our house during a water leak situation less than an hour after we called him on a Saturday morning. He was extremely helpful, trustworthy and honest about the situation and gave us clear steps on how to handle the situation.

We woke up to a basement that had standing water in multiple areas. I called Bradley and he was out assessing the destruction the same day. He was punctual, knowledgeable and kept communication open during this disaster. I cannot recommend him enough.His employees along with him came the next day and they were very kind, hard workers and got my basement ready for construction.They were extremely careful with my multitude of items located in the basement.I hope I never have to deal with a pipe leak again, but if I do, Bradley will be the one I call.Thank you Bradley for making this unwanted situation go quite smoothly.

We had a water leak under my enclosed bubble massage tub and looked like black mold. Wanted to contact someone local so Grady Restoration came up in my google search. Bradley came out the next day and confirmed the black mold. After telling us we would need mold remediation and what possibly would need to be renovated, we filed a claim with our homeowners insurance. The process has been so easy and Bradley has helped us progress through the entire ordeal.
