They have helped me more then any therapists ever has. I suffer from panic attacks,OCD and anxiety. I have came a long way since I've been with them and trust me I've been to a lot. They take the time to really listen not only do they listen but they validate how you feel and help you to look at things from a different point. I'm very happy here.

This place has changed my life, both my quality and my future outlook. Anna has provided me with the tools, and the support, to heal and recover. I am so grateful. If you are looking for a quality wellness center, I definitely recommend ITS. They take a comprehensive, quality approach to ensure you are taking care of yourself body and mind.

I have been delighted with my time here! It has been quite a journey and I wouldn't have wanted to take it with anyone else. Anna is thorough, perceptive, open-minded and really cares about her clients. I am especially pleased with all their new services. My favorite is the Therapeutic Yoga class. It has literally changed my life.

However, the greatest thing by far is how accessible it all is. When I was first looking into therapy I stopped when I saw the prices.
