I'm writing this review because I've reached a point where I don't know what else to do, and I'm hoping that by making my concerns public, I'll finally get the assistance I need. I have to say that my Family Nurse Practitioner, Katy Hanaford, is absolutely amazing--she's an attentive, compassionate caregiver, and I have never felt more heard and understood by a medical professional in my adult life. It takes forever to receive the lab results. I received email lab results are ready to view on portal health.healow.com on Aug 25th. But I cannot review it as it is not available. Looks like my lab results are controlled by Clinic. Nobody in Clinic knows online system enough to help with reports.I called today on Aug 29th, and i am told I can view my lab reports after doctor's review only. But i received email on Aug 25th visit summary available to view.Now, I am stuck and waiting to see my reports .
