This florist is VERY RUDE, they have hung up the phone multiple times and raised their voices over me simply trying to figure out why my order that THEY MARKED as delivered was never received. I have been hung up one 3 times and every single person I have spoken with has an attitude. VERY POOR EXCUSE FOR A “FLORIST”.
Ordered a $100 extra large bouquet of all white flowers for my daughter-in-law as a sympathy gift. What she got is three or four pink carnations and a couple of unopened lilies, certainly not worth $100. Owner of store was very difficult to work with and I feel she should’ve made it right. I had gone through one 800 flowers, but this was not their fault. It was definitely the fault of the person who made the bouquet and it was very embarrassing to send.
This florist is the worst company. Beware they don't honor anything. The products they make a garbage. They will take your money and not deliver anything. Try to contact them they don't answer the phone. They should be closed down. They are a bunch of thieves.
