First and foremost, I have been a "patient uber" for over 30 years. I've had horses, dogs, cats, ferrets and whatever else is in-between seen by doctors. In the past, the service has been wonderful. Sick dog... bring it in! Chicken not acting right? Bring it in! Dog ripped it's dew claw... yikes we are waiting for you! Now let's talk about this year, specifically the last 3 months. I've called with a sick bird looking for a quick appt- "see you in a week, nothing earlier"... he died before his appointment. Had a dog spayed by Crestview and she began rectally bleeding and throwing up. I call and am told "ALL our diagnostic machines have crashed, you need to find an emergency vet"- this was at 6pm, they close at 7:45. She would've died if I didn't take her to the emergency vet during Crestviews business hours. 5 stars for previous years -3 stars for these last 2 months. I am very disappointed how this vet business has evolved, and now, after 30+ years, I'll have to find a new vet.

Saw Dr. Yu to do a senior kitty (12 yrs old) wellness exam and bloodwork. She is very nice, easy to talk to, and she listens. She asks questions and isn't judgmental. It was a good visit

⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ This place is the best I’ve been to for my fur babies in years! The front desk is always welcoming and efficient. The vet techs are amazing and caring. Veterinarians are professional and do their best to explain everything and call you with follow up all the time too! I can’t say enough about the staff at this place & also the cleanliness with no smells ever. Thank you for doing your jobs and doing it so well by going above and beyond at all times. ❤️
