"We recently visited Complete Family Eye Care for a routine checkup, and I was blown away by the exceptional service! Dr. Aljaba and his optician Ms. Elizabeth King were very knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain my diagnosis and treatment options. The staff was equally impressive, making me feel welcome and at ease throughout my visit. The office was modern and well-organized, with convenient scheduling and minimal wait times. I highly recommend Dr. Alijaba and their team to anyone seeking top-notch eye care. Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!"
After being referred to Complete Family Eye & Optique by a friend, I drove over 40 miles to get their. All I can say is, I was not disappointed. With over 20 yrs of office management & consulting, I find myself comparing my experiences to what is expected at our office. I can describe my experience today in one word...AMAZING!!! The office was very nice, clean and inviting. I loved the huge selection of frames and appreciate everyone for helping me pick out the perfect frames for me. Well everyone was wonderful overall except for one doctor. My review is subject to change when I get to speak with management. Here's what happened. Arrived with very kind receptionist and friendly people within the office. Filled out my documents as it was my first time doing vision care since I was a child. I was walked in and had an aid get my symptoms and issues I'm having. She also did the scanning of my eyes. Everything was going great until she left and Doctor Aljabi came in.
