Branson was amazing! We were impressed with him at the very first meeting. He had researched the area, houses that could be viewed as "competition" and had highlighted what would be the best selling points for our house. He came with a plan before we even signed an agreement with him! He knew we were on a tight timeline and got to work immediately! He made sure to communicate with us at every step and answered every question we thought of. He had our house staged, listed and under contract in less than two weeks- he's that good! It was truly a pleasure working with him!
