I’ve been working james since 2012. He was lending when other wouldn’t. He is still lending. As an investor I hate collecting a bunch of docs. With this company I don’t need much and now that I’ve done so many deals I need even less. The best part about apl is they will fund the things others won’t. I own a mortgage company and I broker hard money loans to a lot of investors. I still use james for all my personal investment deals! Working on a new one as I type this review.

Absolutely the best hard money lenders in the state.I have completed twenty five loans with them over the last five years, excellence service. This is a company that you need a relationship with if you're in this business. They can make it happen.

Been dealing with Atlanta Private Lending for the past 4years and i must say they have saved me from loosing my mind and my money, James and his team are extreme professionals and would go above and beyond to make sure my business is taken care of. Saved me couple of times from making bad deals and provided me with flexible options to fund my deals. I have worked with other lenders and i can tell you this is my last bus stop.
